Hosting of Personal Data
Personal Data are hosted by Microsoft Azure, our service supplier. The data center is located in the European Union, in Ireland.
Microsoft Azure datacenters are protected by layers of defense-in-depth security that include perimeter fencing, video cameras, security personnel, secure entrances, and real-time communication networks. This multi-layered security model is in use throughout every area of the facility, including each physical server unit.
Azure uses industry-standard protocols to encrypt data in transit. Your data is secure as it travels between devices and Microsoft datacenters, as it moves within datacenters, and when your data is at rest in Azure Storage. Capabilities include:
- Protection of data in transit and at rest, including encryption for data, files, applications, services, communications, and drives.
- Supports and uses numerous encryption mechanisms, including SSL/TLS, IPsec, and AES.
Disclosing personal information
We may disclose your personal information listed above to any of our employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers, business partners or subcontractors when necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
