zCOST AutoSoftCapping
zCOST analyzes the SoftCapping behavior of all CPCs and modifies the
Lpar,s DefCap parameters in dynamically, according to predefined rules,
maintaining cost control. It can modify the weight & Defcap parameter
statically for one or all images on CPC,s with period on calendar.
zCOST includes a relevant Reporting.
zCOST AutoCPC
AutoCPC run on z/OS to automate all HMC actions (Activate,Deactivate,LOAD,CBU, Update DC & Weight parameter, etc..) in batch mode. Also an AutoCPC implementation on z/Linux image with IFL processor (without SW billing) is right to manage all LPAR (production & backup) for daily mode and disaster plan mode.
